We accept returns within 30 days of when you receive the order. If the item is personalized we can not accept returns. However, if the item is defective, please notify us immediately.
We are not responsible for any mistakes customers may have made typing in any personalization. Please make sure you double check your initials or name spellings to make sure they are correct before you submit the order. If you do realize a mistake, please notify us as quickly as possible and we will gladly do our best to rectify the situation if product has not been personalized yet.
Cost of returning an item is incurred by the customer. We do not pay for returns back to us, unless there is some type of defective issue, in which case you would need to contact us first so we can rectify the situation.
